Tranquil, and beautiful! Since you seem to want us to rate it, I give it a 9... but ONLY because of the lake's water. If the lake was fixed up a little (it looks too clear, and it looks like it has floating debris on it...), this would definately get a 10!!!! Nice work, keep it up! -- Lad (aka zerosu-san)
Thanks all for your comments! Actually, i intended the white area to be the remnant's of last winter's snow. Wonder what I could do to get it to look more snowy?!

the colours are a little too warm and summery for spring with snow. try making the light more blue and less yellow? the leaves on the tree are an early bud colour, but kinda large. maybe less grass and more mud? ;) the snow should be under the trees, or areas where it is shady. um, and if its last winter's snow, shouldnt the title be 'spring' not 'autumn'?
In the high mountain ranges of Colorado, there are places where the snow never disappears entirely...This wonderful contradiction of season and climate makes Colorado one of the most beautiful places in all of the world!
