This is a mesh model. I can turn the wheel and the gondolas will always point to the floor (was not easy to teach them that).

Nice job on this. Did you model it yourself or import it? Either way, to have the gondolas stay pointing towards the ground is tough enough.
I made the model myself with cinema 4d and imported it to Bryce 5.
