Description
I experimented this weekend with UE. So I put the submarine on the water and the camera exactly at the waterline to see under water and above water. Legacy renderer need two versions. One with a special setting for under water and one for over water and then merge both in Gimp or something else. Not so in UE. There you can move with your camera from deep sea high in to the clouds in only one setting. Well, it's a bit of knowledge to set up the ocean, bit it works well, with caustics and all. I like it.
Made with Unreal Engine 5.4 with no AI, but with Brain V1.0.

This one is very different from your other work. It feels a bit more "artistic" (that is not a negative judgement, just an observation.) From my experience, water is very difficult to do convincingly. Probably because it is always in motion in real life. Still, it's a great challenge to get it to feel like the real thing in nature.
