The 1-st version is the plain render, the 2nd is the denoised one.
The water size and density can be controlled, it's a fully procedural 3D shader and it's using one texture per surface for the skin, you already have it in your Poser 12 with La Femme (Samantha Van Vough from Van Vough sisters family😊💖🥰).
Here the only light source is the HDR environment image. Light and proper render settings I've noticed does matter a lot.
No postwork, never ever.

Awesome beach scene! The angle and the directional lighting is spot on. I really like how you incorporated several renders showing the work in progress and variety. Sandy beaches can always be tricky because some people forget to consider the weight of the character standing in sand and sand density (moist or dry) in that the foot digs into the loose sand. You nailed it.

That's because of the specular filtering mostly, in this case it must be properly set.
