Description
Eldest son of Lord Wilhelm Of Chandlemere, Wilhelm was groomed to take his father's place in the Counsel when he came of age. All thought he was a carefree, fun-loving boy. Imagine the surprise when he organized the overthrow of the Counsel and named himself king.
