This is the lovely model, Veronica Eden. She is a great model that I met when my mom was moving a couple of weeks ago. We bumped into each other maybe once or twice, so we looked familiar to one another. But what brought the encounter over the top, was that, a few years ago, she pulled out a batarang on my brother...maybe she brandished it. Either way, we had something to talk about! LOL! She’s cool though. We were talking about different music, and discussing who would win in a shredding rock guitar contest between Slash and Andy Timmons. So, she knows her stuff, definitely appreciate her opinion on things. I was inspired to make the photo this way, from another photographer that I like very much, named Ashley Karyl. Some of his photos has a dreamy milky white glow to it, where parts of the photo fade to overexposure, while the shadows are subtle but strong. He uses a bunch of different film stocks, so it was interesting to try to work towards getting that look. Overall, I like the way this turned out. :D
