This is an interesting one... This was taken in 2010. This was my attempt at trying fashion, but with a twist. I wanted an emotion, but not with a smile. This is my friend, Grace. SHE. ALWAYS. SMILES. ALWAYS!!! She and our friends had this question. Why do Asian Girls always smile? And we had no answer. So, we went out to shoot, and all of her expressions were with smiles. Even when she was looking normal. It was so Adorable. I HATED IT!!! So, I had to coach her into giving off a look of disgust. I kept telling her "Say 'Eewwwwww' like you see something nasty. 'Eewwwwww'. 'Eewwwwww'. 'Eewwwwww'. Pretend you see a dead rat on the floor. 'Eewwwwww'. 'Eewwwwww'. Pretend someone is trying to shit on you." ...and when I said that, she REALLY got into the look! I love it! The glasses were a part of the shot too. This was my favorite because the glasses are reflecting the other end of the street if you look carefully.
