Description
Was looking for a photo of Sour Milk Gill to compliment Ejn's post from earlier in the week. Couldn't find it, but found this from a 2007 foray to the Lake District instead. I think it's up on Castlerigg Fell looking towards Borrowdale & mountains beyond.
Hope you like & thanks for looking!

Totally impressed by your beautiful British landscape shots. This is gorgeous work. Can see why you were picked given the depth of your work. Thanks for dropping by.

Beautiful landscape, We have only been to the lakes once, we had one day and drove in the van from Southport show, shot straight through Windermear (to many tourists and no were to park ), and on up the Kirkstone pass stopping at Brothers Water then on to Ulswater, lost my mobile phone ,had my wing mirror knocked off by a Kamikaze camper van and a crap pub meal, but the views were well worth it. Now looking to take a holiday there.

I love the colour in this, the way the purple brings the green of the grass and surroundings alive. Beautiful image!
