Why was the plant not in the mirror? Do you put the plant into the scene in postproduction?

Looks very good, my only point of critic would be the carpet, that could be done better. Looks more like strands of paper then a hairy fabric. Maybe more strands not so tall, and thinner?
Nice. Did you model all the furniture? What renderer?
