Description
This was fun. I cobbled together elements from the Fascade package at DAZ and setup an EnvSphere with a night sky image for a night look. I then went into the Material room and set the ambient values of all the signs, screens and light bulbs to 2. Indirect Diffuse Illumination then took those elements and created actual lighting for my scene. You can see the greatest effect on the pink sign to the left, where it is emitting indirect lighting onto the wall in front of it.
Render time was 50 minutes.
