Oh, mi ángel hoy te veo cansado
con las alas abrumadas y grises.
Perdóname, yo te cansé a tu lado
pidiéndote tantas cosas difíciles.
Con amor y pasión terrenal te volviste.
Hoy de tristeza tu corazón envolviste,
por este mundo que un día te obligaron
a proteger, y tus alas se marchitaron.
Todo lo entregaste en busca de calor!
Si me concediste el alma, amor y valor.
Yo te agradezco con todo mi corazón.
¡Sonríe!... Sonríe con mucha alegría!
Se que volverás al cielo que añoras, un día,
Y mientras, yo rezo por ti agradecida.
