Cool character, very nice image, nothing's coming to mind as far as something missing, it looks great to me.

Really like the metallic horns and the facial expression. Maybe more of her showing to get a idea of the character you're going for. Possibly a from the waist up, or full length body shot would work; with the close-up face faded into from the background.

There's something about the eye on the left that's a bit dead. Is it a bit too far forward? Otherwise she's fantastic.

The only thing that slightly bothers me is the blood (?) in her mouth, otherwise it's fine. Or should I say, scary???
