Description
A rather poor recreation of the wonderful statue known as the Barberini Faun. The lad in the fountain represents my adoration of this piece of classical sculpture, but check out the original, it's much, much better!

it's a nice composition... but i'm afraid that the staff of the lyptothek in munich will not lend the faun for outdoor-exhibitions... the guy who is fancying the sculpture - if he would be courageous enough to put off his pants - could also act as an model for an grrek sculpture... nice image...
