Wanted to achieve a more painterly look, think I ended up with too many trees, but I'm happy with the lighting, hehe

You have created a magnificent image. As far as the trees, either make them smaller or make the windmill larger as it seems to be the central theme and focal point. Either way, this rocks. Lighting and compo are utterly fantastic. 5
