The textures are lovely. But she looks like she's floating a bit, and the dress hem is a little too brightly lit in contrast to how much shadow is on the ground. Did you use a background photo? You could try a bit of shadow in postwork.
Very elegant :) If you decide to come bakc to this, you may want to try to brighten the ground a little bit with some softer light, and try to get some light on the bottom side of the wings a bit just to brighten up the foreground to match the background a bit better. Very elegant dress.
