nice stage of ur work safaa but to give some realism to ur pic..4 examample let some spaces between ur buildings..and add some textures more than this in the pic as other says..with small zooming in in ur angle ..that will be perfect..but really u r good.hope u the best wishes..

nice work , waiting for texturing and enviroment, by the wau " greeble" plugin would've shorten your work by extruding polygons from the mesh as buildings.
