Description
Image rendered in LightWave 3D 8.5. It uses a tecnique based on fast moving displacement on objects surfaces in conjunction with motion blur and PLD antialiasing. The same is for shading: procedural bump textures moving along one direction give that drawing effect (see full-size image).

Yes, it's an experimental image for a more complex project. Interesting effect, expecially if you think it's done with a 3d software. However, I'm happy you like it!
