Description
This scene was created for a friend's 3D comic project - GIAC* - "Girlfriend In A Coma", which is still under development. I modeled all the objects in this room, with the exception of the flowers and the pillow (done by a 3DS artist friend named Sarawoot).
I could spend more time on modeling the hospital bed and the chairs, but as props for his comic they are adequate. The scene outside the window is downtown Bangkok. If you are interested in any of these objects, I'd be happy to share them.

Once again..fantastic modelling!!! Ive been in rooms like this often. I would love some of your objects if u would like to share them :)
You are the master of realism, down to the glass of water on the bedside table.
Thanks :) I spent several months in a similar hospital room learning how to walk again, too bad I couldn't get a better look under the bed. It's a lot more complicated than that. Actually I feel pretty smug about my reflections from the halogen light reflectors (cheated, of course).
i see you got a thing in interior design, wether its a hightech spaceship or just a caffee or hospital room. Very neat. You succesfully achieve the sanitary feeling in this work. maybe the comic doesnt need more details, but i just can't help to say something about the lamps, tv screen reflection, and the flooring texture/design. but hey you still way better ahead from me...
I like this scene quite a bit... a bit of constructive criticism for ya... it lacks texture... there should be some bump mpaing going on, and secondly, I think the ceiling lamp would look 100% better if you gave it some sort of hardware, like a fixture attaching it to the ceiling or something. Also, vary your materials a bit other than just changing color or adding bitmaps. And the Patriot's game should be on the tube.
Absolutely fabulous modeling. Would be interested in them if your still willing to share them. Looks really excellent.
