This was modeled in Rhino 2. The render is Bryce 5. There is a 115 light semi-dome used for illumination.

I especially like the finning on the cylinders. Now if only the crank nose had splines. Would it also be hollow? Threads take so terribly many polys and vertices and as a texture just look blah! Rhino guys I know will go the extra mile. Now it is just a matter of 800 yards to get the Marathon past the reviewing stand.
