Yeah, what uhuru said. Daammmmnnnnn, she is incredible. You've done some really nice lighting, her pose and expression are great, and she has nice, well, eyes. :-) A suggestion or two. Make some lines on the palms on your tex map. Right now, it just looks kinda odd. Second, are you using a bump map for her? Just thinking that either you didn't, or the bump map isn't that strong. (She has such nice bumps...might as well bring them out more.) Bear in mind, these are only suggestions. This is very well done!!
