Description

So... today while I was supposed to be doing some work I decided instead I'd make a V3 version of T'pol from Star Trek Enterprise. This is the result. I'm quite pleased with her so far and i'm glad that (in my opinion) this actually looks something like the actress who plays T'Pol (Jolene Blalock). That said also there are still some bugs to work out: (1)While I adjusted the skin tex so the eyebrows look more 'vulcan' I think the angle is too high. (2)I need to find a way to wiork the skin tex so as to replace the redness of arteries and bloodvessels beneath the skin with a 'greeness' to conform to her green vulcan blood (and the makup job on the show). In otherwords, change the red on the skin to green without changing the surface skin colour. (3)The hair needs a bit more work as there's not enough 'sideburn' hair and the front bangs cut right back into her forehead. (thus the weird cut if the bangs (4)While I loved using wyrmmaster's cherry charming set to shape the body, there seems to be some hard non-natural looking lines on the abdomen (5)I need to find her a uniform, else she'll be forever cursed to prance around my poser window in not but her underoos (actually, I can live that one) (6)the face could use a bit more tweaking to make the angles a bit harder, the jaw slightly stronger and the lips a little thinner yet still pouty. (7)I'm not sure if i'll try to work the ears a bit more, the star trek makeup people seem to have gone nuts in how complicated they made T'pols. In my version I used at least 4 difference ear morphs, including deer ears, and it still looks pretty bland! (8)as far as I know vulcans don't have projectile-like nipples. I should probably turn those down a tad... If you think there's anything else that needs work, or you've got a good idea on how I can fix some of what is mentioned above, please let me know Credits: skin tex by StefyZZ (eyebrows modified by me), deformers by Wyrmmaster, clothing by Aery Soul and Uzilite, hair by Ukon (texture recoloured by me), "T'pol/Jolene" face for V3 by me. "star trek", characters like "t'pol", pictures used here and such are the likely the intellectual property of Paramount, blah blah blah, please don't sue me.

This is really good it reminds me of one Ashanim's character but I have to say you have an uncanny likeness so far, I can't wait to see the final version.

Very good ! Keep going, I think you're on the right track. T'pol is my fav Star Trek character. I tried to do the same thing a while back, but I put it on hold (I got somewhat discouraged...). Trust me, I know how difficult it is!

Excllent work! T'Pol was a nice addition tho the Star Trek universe, along with Hoshi, althoug some people compare her with 7o9 from voyager i think they have a diffrent kind of sex apeal. About the uniform you can place her in the formal uniform of the fleet (instead of the catsuit) also in the series she had a very sexy ligth blue pajama. About the nipples in the 3rd season episode Raijin they did a closeup of her chest (a rather lesbic escene with alien girl Raijin) and no pointy niples were hinted through her pajama top.

StarTrek: Next Generation was the only trekkie series that I watched (oh, and a little bit od DS9) so, hopefully I can give yo some objective feedback. First off, she looks absolutely fantastic, great morphing job. The first thing that I noticed was #6. Her jaw needs to be a bit stronger, and the lower face pushed out a tad more. I think that the models lips and ears look perfect, I wouldn't change them. The nose and eyes look like they could stand to be tweaked though. The models eyes look to be a bit on the smallish side to me. Also the nose needs a bit of a "romanesque bump" on the bridge. And I agree with your #1 too. Keep up the great work, and please post some more pictures so we can see how it's going.
