Description

The Cyclops paused. It said in it's androgynous, pleasant voice, "The crash-site is one point six two kilometers away. The smoke is visible ahead of us. The Warrior nodded and replied, "I see it ,master. At the one o'clock position, adjacent to the cone-flower tree." Eager Edder grinned and stroked his long beard and chuckled, "We'll feast tonight!" The Cyclops said disapprovingly, "Negative! Negative! The pilot must be taken alive for interrogation purposes. The nature of the anomalous survival of the pilot capsule must be investigated for advanced technology. If the Flying Cities have developed shielding technology, we must claim it for the great God of Apharis. Do you understand, Edder?" Eager Edder thought quickly and replied carefully, "I was estimating the pilot's survival chance as so low, there was a greater than seventy-five percent chance that we would feast tonight. I was short-handing my comment due to the imprescion of the language." Brother snorted and laughed. His mate, Sister muttered, "Sure you did." Sister used the telescopic sight of her short carbine to scan the crash-site. She reported to the fireteam, "I scan possibly two humanoids at the crash-site. I cannot be certain. Intervening terrain ...uh...plants and stuff are in the way of my... uh, seeing them rightly." She sighed and waited for the ineviatable reprimand. The Cyclops said, "Adequate, given your language use. Prescion is more important than wordiness. Saying, 'Scanning two humanoids at crash-site. Certainty is low of exact numbers.' would have been more precise. Do you understand, Sister?" She nodded and responded, "Yes, Master." The Cyclops advised its team, "The MACHINE advises stealthy approach from downwind. Warrior flank left along the fence, Edder and Brother flank right at ten and fifteen meters. Beware or ranged weapons. Sister and I will proceed up the center, ready to lay down cover-fire. A classic plan alpha dash zero one, modified. All understand?" They all nodded. Edder was the last to nod. He was a recent convert and wasn't trusted to understand completely. He looked at Cyclops and asked, "Myself at ten and Brother at fifteen? Correct?" The Cyclops nodded. "Correct. Admirable advancment of understanding, Edder. Now, All--Move out." The Tribals from Apharis headed up the hill silently with murder in their eyes. They closed silently on Neblae and Narchi, who had just finished burying the pilot and were unawares of the problem aproaching them. Media is Poser 6 and Vue 5 Easel. I was planning to pick up with Jin and the blokes down in the hole with her, but I did to much. I realized my machine can't render some scene with over 70 million polygons in it! Dammit! Lousy technology! Gimme a supercomputer, dammit!

very different style to the ones on this site. But it's refreshing to see. And another great thing you put in more than one sentence. So we can see it through your eyes. Good idea
