Here, you can find a set of morphs for Boxing Gloves for Genesis 8 that makes it smaller - Up to 40% of original scale.
I recommend that if you want to use them, remove any existing gloves from your model - and load presets given here.
I prepared two separate shape settings but they are NOT MEASURED in real life size. You can manually adjust their size by changing morph value found under Actor > Morphs > Boxing Gloves Smaller

Right now, due to time constraint of my schedule - I only prepared for Genesis 8 versions. I'll try to make ones for older figures... as time fits
