I guess it was asking too much for my dragon order to go through and my gift certificate for buying my Bryce upgrade from them to be recognised as well. But unbrokered items are few and far between and I don't know if I can wait for Vicki three. Anybody else had this prob?? The data base of my orders is in a right mess as well. I saw one order for $320 that added up -- if done correctly-- to $120. And according to them I bought Vue twice. Emily

I had the same problem. I bought mimic last week, which came with a $10 gift certificate. Signed in, gave certificate number and it said no certificate number matched the key. It also in my order history didn't show I had bought mimic. I emailed sales. Daz is real good about problems so I wouldn't worry. You should email sales and they will rectify the problem. As an aside, it might not have been overtly brilliant of Daz to have the dragon, a new order system, and a new web hosting all at the same time and do it on a three day weekend. Bill
