Subject: My up, down, in and out arrows don't work, anymore

I am not sure what I did, or if I did anything, but my up/down and in/out poser controls don't do anything when I click on body, to reposition my poser folk. This started since I have been playing with lights, and pointing them at certain body parts. Could this be the reason? How do I fix it back to the way it was? Help!!!

Use the dials instead of the cursor tools. Or do you mean the camera controls?

Check which camera you are using, that is probably the problem. I've noticed sometimes when I change views since pro pack, it will grey out the ball. Marque

Okay...the trackball works fine. It is the positioning arrows at the top of the screen, like when you pose more than one character and want to change their relationship with one another...thos arrows. i just rebooted, let me see if it got magically fixed...sniff.

Okay...rebooted...I can move the dork, fine, but when I open what I was working on the dials won't move it either. Help, I am clueless...this has not happened to me before.

The v2p4 figure had inverse kinetics checked. I got rid of them and all is well. Thanks. Poppi

Poppi, I really wish the default settings were no IK. They result in so many weird problems that I automatically uncheck them... and it is the first thing I look for when sh!t happens onscreen. Carolly

Gosh, this was such a hassle, I deleted what I was working on...Poser frustration. Well, at least I know what to look for next time it happens. Poppi
