Subject: How do I make eyebrows appear?

vince5 ( ) posted Sun, 21 June 2026 at 3:40 PM · edited Tue, 11 August 2026 at 6:05 PM

I just created a morphing image and I can't get the eyebrows to reappear. Thanks if you have any ideas.

I think the brows are a separate material zone and got "overwritten" from the underlying zone which got prepared with the morph brush.

It can help to morph them too 🤷‍♀️ but I am not sure if this is the solution.

The brows are a different material zone, but if the morph package is loaded, there should be a parameter dial to make them invisible.

Yes, I should have made it invisible before starting my morph, because now every time I try to make it reappear, I distort my morph.

My guess is it's L'Homme 2 because the eyebrows on the LaFemme and L'Homme generation 1 and 2 have seperate geometry. And somehow the eyebrow geonetry didn't get morphed.

Did you create your morph in an external modeling program? Is there a way you can export again the way things are, but be sure that the eyebrow is included and just change the eyebrow morph?

Yes, Deecey, it is indeed L'Homme2

One easy way to do this is to duplicate your morphed figure. Open the morph brush. Select the morph you made rather than make a new one. Set the "restrict to" to materials, eyebrows. Then use the tighten or loosen fit with a very low magnitude and a goal of the duplicate figure. If you set the tighten fit poke through margin to 2-4, it should bring the eyebrow to the surface without going too far from the head. Loosen fit can go farther, so you want a low magnitude, maybe .05

Thanks, RedPhantom, I had completely forgotten about that possibility "restrict to" and it works

Good job!

Thanks Deecey, but from focusing so much on the human body, I’ve neglected the rest; I need to relearn how to dress my characters.
