My hard drive is dead, it had Poser 12 on it. I have to reinstall it. How to find it and the activation key ?

thank you I was able to reload poser 12 but I do not understand at all how to find my serial number, when I enter my email address it does not recognize me.

it tells me that there have been too many connection attempts and that I must contact the administrators, I think I did (I do a lot of things to restore my PC). For the moment no answer.

We are going into the 4th of July weekend here in the US although Monday is technically a typical work day.  You won't get a response until next week.
