Hello.
Once the product is downloaded, the vendor must approve that the refund be done. Please send a sitemail to the vendor of that item and explain why you are requesting the refund. Tell them to send their approval with the order # to store@renderosity.com and will will do the in-store credit for you immediately after we receive it.
