Render Rewards: Spend $50 and get $5

This was the October motto. When I got the notification that my Nov. Rewards I saw $7,?? in my account. I spent about $94 in October. Today, when I wanted to use the reward points they had shrunk to $4,75.

How is this possible? I have not purchased anything in Nov. until today and I didn't use the points.

Could you please be so kind and check where the difference went?

I see that you have $4.75 to use in the month of November.  I did see that you had $6.95 but that was to be used in August.

But you did not have anything available in October.  You did spend $94.95 x 5% = $4.75.
