I'm pretty sure that they don't do printed manuals anymore.
Eon's site shows only the choice of "Download" or "DVD case" as delivery options, so the non-existance of "Boxed" would seem to confirm that.

If you really must have a paper version, you should look into whether or not it's practical and cost effective to get one made from the PDF.

Oh, no! I like to put the book next to my PC. I guess I can hope someone writes a book like they did for Vue 7.

Me too, I just ordered  Official Vue 8 Artist User Guide, for 3D Artist & Enthusiasts,  at  e-on software. They also have one called  Official Vue 8 Reference Manual  for Infinite and XStream.

I've used http://www.qoop.com to get hardcopies of PDF manuals.  Check with e-on if they'll let you print their copyrighted Vue material there.

they do still sell manuals, but it seems only for infinite and xstream...

I just recieved my Vue 8 Users Guidel for Artist , which is the edition for Studio & Vue 8 Complete.

 They do not make it easy to find, you'd think clicking on Training material would take you there, but nope. I purchased at the same time I ordered my copy of Vue 8. This morning I had to do an actual search for it, before I could find it, I just wanted to make sure it really was still there. lol. I also had to be logged in to the  e-on site.

The link takes me to the book in English pounds, not dollars. It is hard to find.

I bought the Vue 8 Infinite book when e-on threatened me that they would stop chopping down more trees if I didn't order one back in January.

Since tree farms are grown for paper only, and I'd like to see the tree farming industry stay in business (it's hard enough finding jobs in France these days), I jumped at the chance.

Even with three monitors, I'm still not much of a PDF guy.

I got the manual as well within the past month - very well written/laid out.

I orederd the one for Vue 8 studio. Should get it this week.
