Subject: Gift Problem?

I recently recieved two gifts - "A3 Lingero01" and "S3 Melanie and V3 Brandy" While I have logged in to try to get them, I have no download link active. He has mailed in the secuirity number. He says they have disappeared from his purchase history, but I still don't have a link.
