I'll keep my fingers crossed. If I could get the help with Hash that I've gotten with Bryce and Poser. I'll be a master in no time. Well, maybe. :) Thanks Boni

We'll ask together Thoth, you won't be alone. Yeah, it would be great. I've never modeled from scratch, just morphed, textured and build boolean's with Bryce ... So I really look forward to this. Peace Boni

Thread: New blink morph target | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Hi, I like what you've done. I have a new chalange for you though. This has bugged me about Poser since the first time I used it P3, independent handling of upper and lower lids. for looking up ... lower lid comes up ... for looking down lower lid goes down as does the upper lid. and when someone closes their eyes the upper lid goes down further, it doesn't meet in the middle like with a wink. I believe if we can create a morph to do this we can create much more realistic and believable expressions for our poser models. Hea, I love what you did, we just need to take it to the next level. Anyone up for it? Keep on Posin' Boni

Have someone look at you. Look up, look down, and close their eyes. you will see the way the upper and lower lids act with each other to protect the eye. I watched this early in my art studies while trying to capture a more realistic handling of the eyes. Actually the real differences go beyond that. Since the cornia extends from the ball of the eye, so does the lid covering that area. But I think that would be more than what morphs can do. This would be a great help. Enjoy. keep on posin' Boni

Thread: Who is that man you see when Poser starts? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Somewhere I'd read that it is a poser 2 figure put there just as a default "place holder" so the program loads more quickly. I don't have the reference unfortunately. But that's what I recall reading. Hope that helps somehow.

Bloodsong! That is wonderful! I've been wanting to do that forever. (the cornea bulge with the eye-lid) Will the same work with adjusting the position of the lids in different positions. Like when the eye is looking up, the lower lid comes up over the eye and how the upper lid comes down and the lower one lowers when looking down. The wink just doesn't do it for that position. Thanks in advance if you have information, morphs or magnets for those. Keep Posin' Boni

Thread: Export a mountain in bryce4 | Forum: Bryce
In Bryce 4 there is a terrain editor that allows you to export terrains as obj. files. There is no feature like that in Bryce 2 or bryce 3. But only that feature will allow for export, no other objects in Bryce are exportabale. Boni

Perhaps a different texture on the man would help ... if he is a statue, cool, if he is flesh and bones, he is far too large in relation to the building. The rest of the piece is exquiset,(sp) don't change a thing. Ripples maybe, but again the mirror like stillness may be disturbed by that. The structure, hue, ambiance and tone is wonderful. Bloodsong, I thought standard morphs would work better for the raising and lowering of the eyelids too. Hopefully Traveler is reading. thank for the tips!!! You do wonderful work. Can't wait to use what I'm learning. Keep Posin' Boni

Thread: "No politics" = no penises? | Forum: Community Center
Personally it makes sense, if the movie industry can make standards and x=no male frontal nudity, and that is restricted, meaning no minors. Willow has a basis. There are children there. And even R means Adult supervistion, whereas not even adult supervision is allowed for X ratings. We cannot expect a forum to be accessable to schools and educational organizations and accept socially defined (and legally, as well as media organization defined) unacceptable forms of nudity. Since this forum is creating an area safe from children and allowing such images, why make it an issue on the PFO. They have a right to set their own rules. They do a good job. Let it be. Please, Let's just enjoy the art on both forums. That's what this is about, isn't it the art? Respectfully

Thread: the "missing Anime" conspiracy here on Renderosity | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I'd tried to see some of Clint's Animi stuff, and I got a message from Mindspringt hat the image had exeeded it's bandwidth viewings for the month. An unusual glitch, it's only the 7th., I mentioned this to Clint over at PFO. Does this make sense to anyone?

Thread: decoding .BR3 / ,OBP language | Forum: Bryce
I'm just wondering ... and this may just be me .. but isn't decoding like that against the licensing agreement? Maybe I don[t understand decoding. But if we could write the code for the program then we could make objects and characters for the program without even owning it. I find that a bit unsettling for those who have spent a lot of money buying it and for Metacreations as well. I may misunderstand this issue entirely. Please enlighten me either way. Thread: Is there a way to get 2 suns in a scene? | Forum: Bryce
The only way I know of is to create a sphere and a sun texture to it. There is the same problem with haveing the sun and moon in the scene at the same time. It's impossible and you have to create a "sun" from the volumetricl lights. I hope this helps. Boni
