I don't have this plugin but if it's complied Python (*.pyc") that you will probably have to use Poser 11 max (Python2.7... now it's Python 3.7).
It "may" be ported, but only with the copyright owner's written permission.

Thanks, Y-Phil, kinda knew that was the answer, I'll just install Poser 11 I don't mind firing it up every now and again. and use it whenever I need aniblock animations. My python is not that strong enough to be thinking about or asking DAZ can I, so thanks for the quick response and Happy Posering :-)

Just in case: Popser11 does not seem to require a real re-install: copying the folder seems to suffice, at least from my own experience, when I had to replace my old PC with a new one, as the main Poser remains the V13. The only thing to do: copy and update poser11's roaming profile part (it's "%APPDATA%\Poser Pro\11", without the quotes, on Windows)
For what concerns the Python, I have already ported EZSkin to Poser13, with the permission of Snarly.

From what I’ve seen, AniBlock Importer doesn’t officially support Poser 13 yet. Most users report success only up to Poser 12 SR3, as the readme says. If compatibility is key for your workflow, installing Poser 12 on your new laptop might be the safest bet for now. Hopefully a future update brings 13 support. Speed Stars

I'm going to re-download AniBlock Importer just in case, but everything I've found says Poser 2012 SR3, not Poser 12.From what I’ve seen, AniBlock Importer doesn’t officially support Poser 13 yet. It certainly could be a typo. Were they still using Service Releases when Poser Pro 2012 was around? That must be a typo. Current updates for Poser are designated as builds or versions; they don't use service releases anymore.
There might be a possibility AniBlock could work with Poser 12, but changes in Python Scripting might prevent it.
Note that the DAZ ‘AniBlock Importer for Poser’ script is reported to require the free AVfix to be running first, in Poser 11 (perhaps not all versions of 11, but some if not all).

Has anyone gotten AniBlock importer for Poser to work in Poser 13, or should I just install one of the older versions and go it that way.
I have the older versions but I got a new laptop and have only installed the latest versions of the applications I have. the read me say it works for Poser 9 thru Poser 12 SR3
Thanks.
