There may actually be multiple payments on this order, as I have been through Paypal with it twice. It is still showing as unpaid here. Would you please investigate?

I placed an order #113597511, when I went to download it, it wouldn't open, (error message) I refreshed everything and tried to download a few more times, same error message now it saying I've reached my download limit, still no file to open. Thanks Frank
