Hi, I tried everything but not getting any notifications from the whole community , not from forums, not for messages, or newsletters ,everything is checked in, what I am missing Thanks Cath

Yes the administrator changed it for me 2 days ago personally , but still no notifications

yes since 1999 , I have new e-mail and communicate with renderosity admin so it is not blacklisted I have full control over my e-mail server, it must be on your side 100%

I stopped receiving notifications since July 2020, but I was thinking due to my old e-mail , not the case , I could not reset my password, or change my own e-mail since the link was never sent to the new e-mail, manual changes by the admin did not worked , please check my account , if my old e-mail did not worked before , my account could be be set off to prevent bounce from the mail server . It is only one explanation

The site is being flakey at the moment and stuff is being done to fix it. Notifications haven't worked properly for a while, either. Maybe it's one of the things they're working on

Today is day number 9 , and still no answer from anybody , not here not admin the internal notifications working , but the most I am looking for are from the forum itself , why not adding it to the internal notifications if there is problem , would be easy also no newsletter or anything .. that is a killer for a community

I don't think the notifications are a global problem. I've been getting promotional/notification emails pretty steadily, including some today.

I got first notification today from the Gallery , something moved ! I wonder if forum notifications works as well , hit me back with a reply @MarkCM

Yeah, forum notifications don't seem to be happening a lot. What's more, I got a confirmation this afternoon for a purchase I made the day before yesterday.
