I bought more drives too am now running back ups. I think the future of Carrara content lies on this website as DAZ3D has removed a few significant PA's that supported it from their vendor list.

Might be an i7 but I see 8 core rendering. lol

Hit a snag, SSD is only 250gig, I have 150 gig of content NOT in the studio folder. So had to order a 1Tbite HDD.

Nice, happy for you Stan :) Yeah 1TB is the minimum with all the content I've managed to accumulate, and even then I have to be choosy about what I install, so I understand the conundrum.

I have a staggering number of started scenes. I have a lot at the hours of rendering just to tweak settings for a final. lol But I'm stymied by not having room for my props folder lol I'm also having issues with carrara not finding Studio textures that are where they are supposed to be. O.o

don't even know what kinda of mb slot needed for an I7 10core.

don't even know if win7pro can utilize 10cores.

ram bus speeds. dizzying and the watts, jiggawattz for 10core?
