Subject: Need Manual for PP 2014

Bendinggrass ( ) posted Wed, 01 February 2017 at 2:39 PM ยท edited Tue, 11 August 2026 at 9:14 PM

I can't open this on my computer right now. Could someone give me a link to it please? Thanks

If you are registered at Smith Micro for your copy of PP 2014 you can request (or possibly directly) a download of the manual. Once you have it, you might want to store it on your cloud service so it can be available where-ever you are.

The manuals are included in your downloads, but separated from the main installation package. It's one of my pet peeves that users have to come to a forum to ask where the manual is. If you believe you don't have a copy or the Poser Help menu items for the manuals aren't opening them, then go back to the download manager and install your copy of "Poser Support Files".

However, the OP did not indicate they're missing. OP said "can't open right now" and "link please". (i.e. could be he's not at his home computer)

Note: Google works for this kind of question better than the forum.

Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)

If you have Poser running the manuals are available from the help menu.

in relation to this topic I need to print a copy of the poser 11 Manual. I have it but the cost of printing it is going to be quite hight for my small budget. £50 ink and £14 for paper. I really wish their was a print on demand service for manuals it would be cheaper.

Do you have something like a Kinko's printing service where you live? Otherwise, instead of printing out the entire manual, you can always just print out the sections you need (example: Material Room).

where i live there is one expensive phot printing shop but they charge 50p per page . the poser manual is 1070 pages!

Right. I doubt you'll find any print on demand service that can print a 1070 page manual within your budget. The only thing I can think of is just to print out the sections that you actually need.
