Subject: Cloud shader?

I'm looking for a cloud shader (preferably free). What I want is, to apply it to a model of a car so that it will look like a car-shaped cloud.

Thanks for any responses.

That say the imagine cloud primevol can be applied to a shape and make a cloud but I've never gotten it to work.

Unless you are doing a closeup orbit animation, I suspect it will be much faster (including the render time) to simply create that cloud car in Photoshop or similar and import as a texture for a splat/sprite in Carrara.

Wow!  I just re read my post and autocorrect made it a mess!

Try again.

They say that the Inagoni cloud primivol object can be applied to any shape and make a cloud out of it but I've never gotten it to work.

(much better)

hya Kixum,

when I first got the primivio plug in I filled up k4 with it, worked kinda okay, almost looked like a human filled with cloud, almost...... dont ask me what settings, I think it's miss and hit - needs a good tut by the maker

there's two variations in this image

I've had the same results with Primevol. Like headwax says, 'miss and hit'.

I actually love to get it to work, but no real luck so far. :(
