Interesting that DAZ PAs didn't have a clue how badly DAZ has their contetn working in C8.5. I gripped about how badly autofit worked in carrara for 2 years and nothing was done.

"Welcome to DAZ your content brokerage. Apps? Ya I think we have a couple of those but hey you're here to buy content. Content doesn't work right in your app of choice? Hey we have an an 18 step tutorial that will get it almost usable. What do you mean the tools don't work? You must be doing something wrong".

Slosh you do great work, to bad DAZ screwed autofit so badly in carrara we will never know how good your work is.

When Daz acquires 3 outstanding 3D apps, i.e. Carrara, Hexagon and Bryce, and after 7 years turns them into a pile of ruins, I call it sheer incompetence.

When Daz calls a useless buggy Carrara 8.5 release, that in my opinion wasn't even tested more than 1/2 day before being shipped and then claims this is the best Carrara release ever, I call it bad faith.

It only shows that Daz doesn't take any pride in its work.

What work?

I did the beta for 2 years, the last beta release worked better then the release. If I could still use the beta I would be. In fact anyone that bough the release would have been better off with the last beta build.
