For a long time I wanted to make this cobblestone-floor that was described in the 3D-Artist #17 Tutorial written by Mark Bremmer.

Now I have a problem following that Tutorial. It says: "Select the pull-down Color menu and navigate to the included file "GraniteRoughCut.jpg".....
But I can't find that file! Neither on the magazine-disk, nor within Carrara.

My second question is: let's assume I've loaded the right granite-file - what do I have to do with the plane to get this great-looking cobblestone like in the tutorial? It isn't just loading this jpg, isn't it? Unfortunately there's nothing more written about that....

Those are supposed to be on the disc. I've tried to attach to this post but it is too large. I'll post back with a link. You can substitute any stone texture if you'd like. 

The cobblestone look is a cellular pattern placed into the displacement channel of the shader. 

Just post back if you need an assist.

 Delete the .txt suffix after downloading and it will convert to a .zip archive that you can decompress the file from.
