What does Carrara see as 0 displacement in a map, 50 percent grey or 100 percent black? I ask because I've been sitting on Carrar 5 for some time now and figured I'd play with it today while I had a few moments of free time.

 Hi Teyon,

50 gray is zero displacement. White is up, black is down. (but you probably knew that already)

Thanks. Poser sees black as 0 so I wanted to be sure I didn't have to do any fancy shader work.

 Carrara is a "kissing cousin" to Hexagon and utilizes the displacement maps in like fashion since they can work back-and-forth with the same files.

Sweet. No to do some Zbrush exports and then render in Carrara. Thanks again.
