Subject: Trouble with photorealism

Hello I am having trouble with phtorealism from certain angles.  I have attached the first file where Brut doesnt look photoreal but like a cartoon.  The second file is my normal photorealism that I am unable to achieve.  Try as I might I cant get the first file to look real.  Any suggestion.?
