Eovia's price for the printed manual is excellent. If  there is a need to get a pdf printed you might want to check out an online pdf printing service like   http://www.printfu.org/index.cfm?mcAction=startOrder . I've never used them but am thinking of giving them a try.

I believe the included PDF version of the manual could be printed at Kinkos and the like for not too much.

Nice site if all you want is a B&W manual.  Is the PDF version in B&W or does it contain color images?  Also, if I remember correctly the PDF version is interactive and contain embedded movie files.

The Hexagon manual is the one with links to movie files.  The C5 manual does not contain any.

The c5 manual also IS in black and white.

No need to think outside the box....
    Just make it invisible.
