Just checked the Eovia site this morning, and a 4.1 patch is now available.

Darn! I installed it (on Mac) and now C4Pro is almost unusable! In the middle of a project! With the files I was working on menus stop working and files do not become visible... Wait for a good moment to install people!

Just curious... did you do a clean install? I won't be able to try it out until I get home from work.

I did not do a clean install (never did, ever). I asked eric because I suspected it had to do with Toon Pro. That turned out to be the case. I thought I updated, but it was lingering in my download map. It is solved, hurray! I was working on illustrations with Toon Pro as renderer, that's why the file would not load...

Hoof, I haven't had that experience at all. Did you reset the preferences (file pull down menu in Carrara)? Always good to do after an update. In one instance I had goofy stuff going on but quitting Carrara and relaunching it stopped the issues. Mark

Oooo, that's the other thing, there is an update to go with with 4.1 from DCG for ToonPro and Wireframe! I did have that issue earlier... ;)

The last update of ToonPro and WireFrame was already version 4.1 proof, Eric wrote me.
