Sorry about the delay on this one folks. I wish I could find a modelling package that allows you to build sets and props for Poser without any hassle. The 3ds import for Poser seems very restrictive and I have to keep tweaking the settings. I am still trying to find the right balance between detail, ease of use and system performance. I have made a lot of seperate elements within this model to allow you to get the right camera angles for renders. The model is based on actual floor plans and I hope you like it. Big Thanks to Yamato and Minerva for allowing me to use their characters and hair products in the preview shots. The model will be available in both 3ds and Poser formats. Any questions please get in touch Price 9.95 as usual I'll upload it for testing today

That looks flat out terrific and I'll be buying it. Will you be having any preset camera angles as well? Nice work! If I moved out of my nice -BIG - house, I might look to moving in there, LOL!!
