Adobe Soundbooth CS5 In Review
With the recent 2010 release of the outstanding Creative Suite 5 Production Premium (CS5), Adobe added it's third version of Soundbooth. Since the second release (CS4) was such an excellent upgrade, I came to the program with high expectations. One thing I've done since then is add Soundbooth to my animated film sound editing toolkit. A committed Audition user, I'd finally gotten over my own prejudice and found that Soundbooth allowed me to move from video editing to adjusting/tweaking in easier and faster ways than Audition.

Book Review: Creating Motion Graphics with After Effects, 5th Edition
A few months back I reviewed After Effects Apprentice by Trish & Chris Meyer, which I found to be absolutely wonderful. Now, here I am reviewing Creating Motion Graphics with After Effects, also by Trish & Chris Meyer. Released in July, and now in its 5th edition, this book is fully updated for Adobe's After Effects CS4 and includes info on CS5, within the book, as well as in bonus chapters on the included DVD.

Alien Skin Software Announces Bokeh 2 Plug-in for Adobe Photoshop CS5

The third edition of SIGGRAPH Asia 2010 will be held in World Design Capital, Seoul from December 15 to 18 at the Coex Convention and Exhibition Center and will continue to maintain a pulse on this vibrant and emerging digital media landscape.

Adobe today announced the immediate availability of Adobe Photoshop Express Editor, Photoshop Express Organizer, and Photoshop Express Uploader, a free set of integrated online apps for editing, organizing, syncing, and sharing photos. Available on Photoshop.com, these renamed and redesigned apps are faster and more intuitive to use for uploading and organizing photos for easy access anywhere, applying quick fixes and fun effects, and sharing albums and slideshows online with family, friends, and colleagues.
