great looking character and render; nicely posed too.
Its a shame that the owl's face is so distorted; a lot of content creators don't seem to pay attention to the anatomical accuracy of animals it seems (this looks like the noggins one, which is particularly poor in that regard? There's a slightly better one on hivewire).

You are correct this is a noggins owl. You must remember it came out when we were still playing with Victoria 3. Unfortunately where as the human figure has dramatically improved over the years a lot of the animal kingdom hasn't. I'm no modeller, I can make the odd prop so I have to use what's available.
