Description
On the eve of the New Year, Princess Iruyani of the centaurs, gathers together all of the royalty from the kingdom to decide upon any new proclimations they wish to enact.
Representatives from all the realms are present, save one. As always the elf king refuse to attend if the dwarf king does, and he's not one to miss a party!
