Most of the the mechs and Cyber met at the old Arkham Asylum. Abandoned over a century ago it now served as a hideout and base of operations for the mechs and the doctor's personal guard of twenty personnel. All women. Stealth and Ripper had been sent on a mission to contact the Joker before he got out of the area.
Dr. Cyber, now as Scorn, arrived first and made quite an entrance. Her women soldiers surrounded her thinking she was Wonder Woman, but they were soon let in on the secret, but not before Scorn practiced a few bullet deflecting moves with beautiful success. She was soon followed by the other three mechs. She asked for a status on Julia and the lab at the Wayne facility. One of the women sitting at a laptop surrounded by some other gear spoke up.
“According to our sensors in the lab, it is in fact destroyed.”
“And the case for the positron brain Julia was working on?”
“The signal went dead about the same time.”
Scorn smiled. “Very good. No going back now. And I assume Julia's signal is also lost?”
“Ummm, no. Actually it is on the move and is moving off of the Wayne complex.”
Scorn flared with rage. “What! Where is it going?”
“I..I..don't know yet, but I will follow it until it stops.”
“Dammit! Lilith!” Scorn turned to her commanding officer.
“Yes ma'am!” She saluted. She was a tall and muscular woman with a square and chiseled face, with a shaved head.
“Organize a team and take Mallory here with you. Track that signal and take her out. If Fox has her, she knows too much. Take her out and anyone around her without getting caught. Leave no one behind alive. Understood?!” Scorn exclaimed.
“Yes Ma'am, understood.” Lilith saluted.
“The rest of you, we're leaving. Pack up the essentials and raze this place to the ground. Tank and Reaper help them tear this place down. Angel, you and I will head to the secure lab and prepare for the upgrades and to finalize plans for tomorrow night.”
“Yes Scorn.” The mechs replied in unison.
“When this place is destroyed all come to the secure lab. You too Lilith, when your mission is done.” Scorn swore again. “Damn! I should have implanted an explosive in that girl from the beginning!”
Lilith gathered a team of six plus herself and Mallory. Everyone else went into a flurry of activity gathering essential materials and items while others set timers on bombs that would level the structure. Tank and Reaper set up outside as a watch and would do any destructive clean up if necessary. Angel and Scorn took off. Literally. He spread his wings and she rose from the ground of her own accord, laughing at her power. She still wore her new suit, but also now wore her favorite long coat that she had worn as Dr. Cyber.
Angel looked to Scorn as they rose up into the night sky. “Can you fly and still control Wonder Woman?”
“Fret not, my Angel, all is under control.” And she laughed as the two sped off into the west.
Moments later, two black SUVs pulled away and a series of muffled explosions shook the ground and the former asylum collapsed in on itself. Tank and Reaper fired off a few shots and rockets to finish things off then followed one of the transports as it headed west. The other transport went to track down Julia's signal and Julia herself.
Lilith was glad. She never liked Julia. Despite her smarts and seeming loyalty, she never trusted her. She didn't trust cowardly crybabies.

It just keeps getting better and better - and of course the artwork is perfect to illustrate the story. Brilliant, Art!
