I've played again with the cloth simulation in Blender and this santa cover came out. ;)

Didn't find a nice fuzzy texture I could use for a freebie, so I "created" this one with a simple displacement.
Chair and cover are uv-mapped, if you find a better texture/material/shader - use it. ;)
Chair and cover are separate props, if you don't like the chair, it's possible to use the cover for other - similar - chair models.
